Join our client's expanding Commercial Litigation team within the Complex Litigation function in modern city centre offices, just 5 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads station. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage complex cases, supervise fee earners, and ensure high standards of service and efficient caseload management.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle complex litigation cases, resolving disputes through courts, mediation, or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
- Assess the prospects of claims and manage them cost-effectively.
- Collaborate with Principal Associates to meet performance targets.
- Promote efficient case handling and ensure excellent customer outcomes.
- Significant experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on multi-track cases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality performance.
- Thorough understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and pre-action protocols.
