Our client seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor who will be a key player in providing legal advice and services to a range of clients in the Professional Services industry. The role can be based in Bristol or Reading and offers the opportunity to work within a highly skilled and experienced Legal team.

Description
- Providing corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning establishing corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements, in each case, domestically and cross border
- Providing multidisciplinary client-focused solutions, and building and maintaining relationships with other teams and company clients
- Leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects in the UK and internationally
- Project managing and driving projects to conclusion
- Training and mentoring more junior team members
Profile
A successful Senior Corporate Solicitor should have:
- UK/IRE qualified with a minimum of 6 years PQE
- Experience in a corporate solicitor role within the Professional Services industry
- Excellent legal knowledge and the ability to apply it to practical situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships
- Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of £85,000 - £95,000 DOE
- 12% bonus PA
- Car allowance of £5,500
- Hybrid working model with 2/3 days in the Bristol or Reading office
