What you'll do:
As a Supervising Litigation Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own portfolio of debt recovery cases
- Train, develop and supervise paralegals, trainees and legal executives within the team
- Demonstrate knowledge of the legal issues and risks involved
- Understand litigation procedure
- Work with clients as a trusted advisor
- Promote our broader education services to new and existing clients
What you bring:
As a Supervising Litigation Solicitor, the ideal candidate will be:
- Qualified Solicitor with competence and experience in litigation/debt recovery
- Passionate for supervising and developing others
- Motivated by the success of the team
- Natural ability for people management
- Confidant in promoting the expertise and efficiency of the team
