Change Manager required by market leading professional services sector organisation based in Bristol City Centre. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week onsite with flexibility. The Change Manager will join our client’s expanding Business Change Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead our clients change management approach and delivery across designated strategic projects and activities.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of engagements and associated communications in conjunction with our client’s communications team.
- Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify and manage key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support the Project Manager to identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Consult and coach project teams in change needs.
- Support and engage the business across the change programme.
- Work with the Project Manager to integrate change management activities into project plan.
- Lead the implementation and embedding of the change.
- Track and report issues which are impacting adoption of change.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Support change management across the broader strategic portfolio.
Experience Required / Ideal Background
- Previous experience in delivery and embedding a wide range of organisational changes, with particular emphasis on change in technology coupled with strong change management knowledge.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience and understanding of how project management principles apply to change management principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
This fantastic role comes with a basic salary of £55,000-60,000 p/a and on top of the bespoke training package, comes with the following benefits: A 10% annual bonus, remote working, annual salary review, 25 days holiday (which will increase to 30 days based upon length of service), private medical insurance, pension and many more.
