Job Title: Project Management Consultant

Location: Bristol/South West (Hybrid)

Role: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

Clearance: SC Eligible (Active SC Clearance desirable)

F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest growing Technical Consultancies in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major organisations across the country, predominantly within the Public Sector.

They are seeking talented Project Management/P3M Consultants to join their Management Consulting arm, aimed at supporting their clients with Strategy, IT, Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement.

This role would suit someone based in the South West and commutable to Bristol, with weekly office trips and client visits expected, as well as home based working.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and fully engage in project teams
  • Create and maintain P3M Management and control documents
  • Curate data using internal and external resources
  • Define project/task scope and procurement artefacts (e.g. SORs, Business Cases, Tender Documentation)
  • Continuously develop P3M skills through training, experience, and mentorship

Experience Required

  • In-depth P3M knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, Lean)
  • 2+ years in Management Consulting or a similar environment
  • P3M certification(s) (e.g. APM, PMP, Agile, Lean)
  • Strong communication skills, confident in writing, presenting, and day-to-day interactions
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
  • Manage project Cost, Time, Scope, Risk, and Change
  • Effectively manage client expectations and relationships
  • Comfortable coaching and transferring P3M knowledge internally or to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
