The Ideal OCDEA will:
- Have at least one year of experience within a similar role
- Be well organised
- Have an eye for detail
- Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff
- Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
- Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations
Job responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with clients
- Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance with Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner
- Providing high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensure that planning requirements are met
- Utilisation of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, high-quality advice and assessments
