We are working with a successful secondary school in Bristol to recruit a passionate HLTA (Literacy focused) to support students with literacy. As a HLTA (Literacy focused), you will be responsible for developing and delivering interventions, resources, and programmes to support students, particularly focusing on improving literacy skills. You will work with small groups and individual students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in Bristol, providing high-quality literacy support and intervention. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your teaching support skills and contribute to improving outcomes for students. The role of HLTA (Literacy focused) will provide you with the chance to create a lasting impact in the students' academic journey.
You will also work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to create coordinated approaches for supporting students.
