Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact on their educational journey? Affinity Workforce, in exclusive partnership with the Cabot Learning Federation and Castle School Education Trust, is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Mentors to work in primary schools across Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, helping them achieve their academic and personal potential
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel included and engaged
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
* Help children develop social and emotional skills

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in supporting children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to individual pupils' needs
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards promoting inclusion and learning
  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team
  • Be able to work 8.30am-3.30pm
