Affinity Workforce, in exclusive partnership with the Cabot Learning Federation and Castle School Education Trust, is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Mentors to work in primary schools across Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, helping them achieve their academic and personal potential
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel included and engaged
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
* Help children develop social and emotional skills
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in supporting children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to individual pupils' needs
- A positive and proactive attitude towards promoting inclusion and learning
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Be able to work 8.30am-3.30pm
