TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a reputable legal firm in Keynsham, who are looking to expand their Conveyancing department. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join an experienced team and further develop their career within the field of conveyancing.

The RoleAs a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support fee earners with a range of administrative and conveyancing tasks, including:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Communicating with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their matters.
  • Managing diaries and appointments for fee earners.
  • Handling matters on the case management system from opening to final billing.
  • Keeping databases accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of conveyancing files from start to finish.

The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working in residential conveyancing, particularly in administrative support.
  • Be an accurate typist with excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Have experience with case management systems (experience with Connect legal software is an advantage).
  • Be organised and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
