  • Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, resolving or escalating as needed
  • Opening and closing files, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
  • Managing and maintaining case files
  • Processing conflict searches and assisting with client data management
  • Producing and formatting legal documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinating diary management, room bookings, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with billing, expense claims, and financial administration
  • Providing general administrative support

About You:

  • Previous office-based administration experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
