Legal Administrator - Plot Sales

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a Legal 500 firm who now, due to an internal promotion, have an opportunity for a Legal Administrator in their Conveyancing team. You will support Conveyancers by managing client queries, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance for smooth housing transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing excellent service.
  • Set up new client matters, including drafting confirmation letters and updating records.
  • Support Conveyancers with administrative tasks and compliance processes.
  • Assist with Anti Money Laundering Regulations and client telephone enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (property transaction experience is ideal but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency.
  • Office-based role; availability to work from the Bristol offices (Excellent public transport links)
