  • Monitoring new instructions and ensuring accurate data input
  • Assisting with billing and purchase order requests
  • Preparing and distributing weekly reports
  • Managing team inboxes and post
  • Diary and meeting management

About You:

  • Administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Confidence in producing and formatting documents accurately
