Legal Personal AssistantWe are seeking a dedicated Legal Personal Assistant to join our client's team in Bristol (BS1) on a 12-month FTC and full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a law firm. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • File Management: Handle files, conduct conflict checks, manage correspondence, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Correspondence: Produce and manage all correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Billing: Raise bills as agreed, and manage invoice processes
  • Document Storage and Archiving: Maintain the document storage system, ensuring all files are logged, stored, and archived correctly.
  • Diary Management: Keep the diary up-to-date, manage appointments, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Telephone and Reception: Manage incoming calls and ensure professional communication with clients and professional contacts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, book rooms 
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with document management, photocopying, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a secretary/administrator within a law firm.
  • High level of IT proficiency with strong word processing and audio-typing skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
