- File Management: Handle files, conduct conflict checks, manage correspondence, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Correspondence: Produce and manage all correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Billing: Raise bills as agreed, and manage invoice processes
- Document Storage and Archiving: Maintain the document storage system, ensuring all files are logged, stored, and archived correctly.
- Diary Management: Keep the diary up-to-date, manage appointments, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Telephone and Reception: Manage incoming calls and ensure professional communication with clients and professional contacts.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, book rooms
- General Administrative Support: Assist with document management, photocopying, and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience as a secretary/administrator within a law firm.
- High level of IT proficiency with strong word processing and audio-typing skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
