Key Responsibilities:- Organisation: Efficiently manage fee-earners' diaries, arrange meetings and conference calls, handle emails, book travel, and manage telephone enquiries.- Document Management: Oversee the workflow to DPD and Reprographics, amend and format documents, carry out PDF to Word conversions, and ensure all documents are proofread to the highest standard.- Support Functions: Insert business contact cards into Outlook, process expenses, and support team-based tasks across various departments.

Required Skills and Experience:- IT Proficiency: High levels of literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Corporate / Professional Services Experience: Previous experience in a busy corporate / professional services environment is essential.- Client Care: Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle queries professionally.- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.- Communication: Highly developed communication skills to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.- Flexibility: Demonstrates adaptability in meeting client demands and willingness to work additional hours when necessary.- Teamwork: Collaborative approach with the ability to delegate effectively and develop strong working relationships.
