As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will be integral to the team working alongside an experienced Solicitor, Paralegals, and Legal Assistant. The role promises a high volume of administrative responsibilities, offering the chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle initial client inquiries professionally, providing accurate cost estimates.
- Manage incoming calls from clients and external parties, ensuring top-notch client service.
- Coordinate contract packs, Land Registry documents, and searches.
- Carry out pre-completion searches and set up completions.
- Oversee office post to ensure efficient document management
- Support team targets with a collaborative approach.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Previous experience of assisting on a Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
