Capio Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established, ADS law firm in Bristol that is seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands on experience advising on a diverse range of employment law matters such as:
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Discrimination and whistleblowing
- Advising on employee handbooks and employment contracts
- Providing advisory HR services and handling advocacy.
- Collaborate with a friendly and inclusive team, with a strong emphasis on personal development and internal career progression.
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of Employment Law and procedure
- Excellent client care skills
