Employment Paralegal

Salary: Up to 30,000

Location: Bristol or Bedwas

Position: Full-time, permanent

Capio Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established, ADS law firm in Bristol that is seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands on experience advising on a diverse range of employment law matters such as:
  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Discrimination and whistleblowing
  • Advising on employee handbooks and employment contracts
  • Providing advisory HR services and handling advocacy.
  • Collaborate with a friendly and inclusive team, with a strong emphasis on personal development and internal career progression.

  • Understanding of Employment Law and procedure
