You will gain experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will be surrounded by a large team of qualified Employment Solicitors who are there to supervises and assist you in order to progress in your career. Your day to day:The Employment team is made up of solicitors, paralegals, and trainees, working across the UK offices and remotely. They cover a wide range of Employment Law claims, making this a great collaborative environment for you to progress in your career. * Advise clients on potential Employment claims.* Manage your own varied caseload of Employment Law matters. * Assist Solicitors and fee earns within the team. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* At least 2 years experience working in an Employment Law department. Ideally experience managing your own employment Law caseload. * Experience drafting Legal documents such as witness statements, pleading etc. * Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment.* Excellent attention to detail* Good telephone manner* Highly organised and ability to work to deadlines* Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the firm. * A collaborative team player and an excellent communicatorIn return:* Hybrid and flexible working.
