We are currently assisting a leading law firm in Bristol who are seeking a Junior Legal Administrator to join their Intellectual Property team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working available.

Our client is seeking those with recent Legal Administration experience or those who have work experience in Pro Bono. If you have previous experience within an IP department, then this will be looked upon very favourably! Full training is provided for the role and opportunities to progress into a Paralegal role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to a team of patent attorneys and other IP professionals.
  • Aid in the preparation, filing, and management of applications with relevant national and international IP offices.
  • Oversee patent deadlines and ensure timely filing of all necessary documents.
  • Maintain communication with clients and external offices to ensure efficient handling of patent application status.
  • General office coordination and administrative support.
