Our client, a Top 100 law firm are looking for a proactive People and Development Advisor with emphasis on early careers development to join their HR Team. This new role was created due to the growth of the firm and its requirements. You will be supporting employees through their professional qualifications either as Trainee Solicitors, an Apprentice or via CILEX.The firm is well known for supporting the inclusive culture and working environment they have across all their offices.The successful candidate will have experience in:

  • Developing and delivering training materials, ideally within professional services, or a desire to learn how to design and deliver training
  • Knowledge and experience of running the trainee recruitment, selection and development process, ideally to include solicitor apprenticeship scheme, CILEX and other professional qualifications
  • Organising and facilitating law/career fairs and other early careers events
  • Working in a client focused role and always delivering exceptional client service
  • Taking ownership for planning and delivering our internal Thrings Academy for early careers and our Paralegal
  • Alliance Group

  • They are looking for someone who is organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines. Also, someone who is self-motivated, confident and energetic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
