Due to team growth and internal promotions, Reed have partnered with a national law firm, supporting with the hire of a Legal Assistant to join their team in Bristol on a full time, permanent basis.
35 hour working week, Monday – Friday (Between the operating hours of 8am and 6pm) with hybrid working on offer.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience (nearing top end if proven IP working experience)Â
Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of legal documentation, IP schedules, project estimates, and the legalisation of documents.
- Handle change of owner, address, or name recordal formalities.
- Engage in written and verbal communication with IP offices, foreign associates, and clients.
- Support Legal fee earners with the delivery of client projects.
- Manage incoming e-mail/post and respond as necessary.
- Oversee diary management and preparation of client invoices.
- Monitor and authorise incoming invoices when appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in legal administration, particularly with IP formalities, is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to handle and prioritise large volumes of data.
- Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and IT skills.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- A proactive team player with a willingness to support others to achieve firm-wide goals.
