Do you have a background working within Legal Administration or keen to start your legal career?

Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading law firm in Central Bristol in their search for a new team member.

This role is situated within a small and established team who take pride in delivering an excellent service at a high standard.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Managing an administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks as delegated by team members.
  • Administrative tasks to include setting up files, dealing with new queries, producing documents, electronic filling and email management, creating electronic bundles.
  • Diary management for a fee earner, dealing with post, booking training, booking barristers.
  • Drafting documents and bills, using appropriate precedents.
  • Undertaking basic legal processes, e.g. helping to process cases through portals, requesting relevant information.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience of working within a legal setting, if not, an ability to demonstrate interest and commitment in this sector.
  • Excellent administrative skills and a strong command of MS Office.
  • Very strong written communication skills.
  • An ability to develop good relationships.
