Key Responsibilities of a Litigation Assistant (Credit Hire):
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of legal arguments and briefs
- Organising and maintaining case files, correspondence, legal documents, and other information
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and updating clients on case status
Key Skills of a Litigation Assistant (Credit Hire):
- 0-2 years' with relevant experience in this field
- Litigation experience of claimant motor and motor recovery work is required
- Ideally, you will have previous client contact experience
- Good organisational and time management skills is required
- You should have experience with negotiating and be confident with doing so
