Paralegal / Senior Case Handler - 12 Month FTC

Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal / Senior Case Handler to join a highly regarded Complex Claimant Personal Injury team based in Bristol. The role will involve working on personal injury cases, with a focus on vulnerable road users such as cyclists, motorcyclists, and pedestrians, as well as individuals who have experienced mild to moderate brain injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of Intermediate and Multi Track personal injury claims.
  • Deliver services in line with established standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and insurer partners.
  • Support and supervise trainee case handlers and contribute to their development.
  • Attend team meetings, networking events, and participate in business development initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Experience and Skills

  • Solid experience managing personal injury cases involving vulnerable road users and minor to moderate brain injuries.
  • Proven ability to handle litigation processes, especially Multi Track cases, from initial proceedings through to trial.
  • Proficiency in IT systems with the ability to undertake your own typing.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and client management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and a high level of enthusiasm for the role.
