Do you have a keen interest in the legal field and a desire to develop your career in Wills and Probate? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Probate Legal Assistant.

As a Probate Legal Assistant, you will be an essential part of our Wills and Probate Team. You will work closely with Probate Case Managers/ Fee Earners, mastering the intricacies of probate applications and estate administration. Your role will involve:

  • Welcoming New Clients: Be the friendly first point of contact, setting up new cases and providing service quotes.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage diaries, produce documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls, provide updates, and assist customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Case Management: Prepare correspondence, chase information, and handle legal forms.

We are seeking a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy diary system. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, coupled with your commitment to confidentiality, will be crucial. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate empathy with clients who have suffered a bereavement.
