Residential Conveyancer

Position: Residential ConveyancerLocation: Bristol (Hybrid working option available)Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (plus performance-related bonus)

Overview:We are seeking a skilled and preferably qualified Residential Conveyancer to join our team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to work in a supportive and flexible environment. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 30 new residential conveyancing matters per month, with the support of two secretaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 30 new residential conveyancing matters each month.

• Oversee all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leaseholds.

• Provide clear and professional advice to clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to the continued growth of the residential team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Preferably a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive).

• Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.

• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive and client-focused approach.

Working Arrangement:

• Hybrid working available: a mix of office and home-based work.
