Field Service Engineer

Our client, a well-established and family-run business with over 20 years of experience in the handling solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join their team. The company prides itself on providing top-quality service and equipment, including manual and electric pallet trucks, stackers, and pickers. This role will be covering the south of the region such as Bristol, Gloucester

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair designated equipment on-site.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and field modifications.
• Manage and order repair parts.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal records.
• Communicate daily with the service team for effective follow-up and issue resolution.
• Ensure tools and test equipment are properly calibrated.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

• Experience working with technical equipment, particularly in repairs and maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical analysis abilities.
• Full UK driving licence required

Location: Field-based, South

Salary between 30-35K
