Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Office Based

Our client is seeking hungry and tenacious professionals to join their top performing firm in Bristol.

This highly successful AR of one of the country's leading networks has a close nit team and is looking to grow due to their current lead flow.

Full compliance, ongoing training and CPD will be provided, to ensure you remain at the top of your game.

The role entails advising customers both face to face and remotely on Mortgages with leads coming in from registered introducers as opposed to being purchased over the internet.

Further income streams are available from referrals to solicitors and the in house protection specialists (mortgage advisors won't be writing protection).

The company’s leads come from introducers and the company's own on line presence and social media activity.

The roles are employed with a basic salary initially of £25k (potentially more for the right candidate with a provable track record and a further guarantee whilst you get your pipeline up and running) and a sliding scale commission payment from day 1, of up to 45%. No salary validation is required before commission is earned.

Share option scheme to profit from any future company sale.

Advisers should be fully CeMAP, hold Competent Adviser Status and a minimum of 2 years whole of market experience. Applications from those with a career in a single tied environment won't be considered.
