The role:

As a supply chain exec, you will be crucial in managing the company's complex global supply chain. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 160 products, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfilment. A key focus of this role will be supporting the transition to a new AI-powered stock forecasting system, collaborating closely with the team to identify and implement the best-fit solution.

The position itself has only become available due to internal progression with the previous incumbent of the role moving into a leadership role. To be successful within the role, previous experience managing a long-term supply chain whilst also looking at forecasting and demand planning will be essential.

What you'll need:

* Previous experience in a Supply Chain role, including all of the following: Demand Planning, Forecasting and Sea Freight Logistics
* The ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks, demands and deadlines
* Being comfortable using MS Office, and ERP systems, with an interest in exploring AI-driven supply chain solutions will be beneficial
* A flexible and adaptable mindset will be crucial to handle varying workloads
* The right attitude, this is a closely knit team within a growing business, there may be times when you have to deal with tasks you wouldn't normally, so taking a positive approach to this will be crucial
