Associate Director Transport Planning

£55,000-£78,000 plus car allowance and package


Backed by 25 years of success this UK, privately-owned consultancy are growing sustainably, expanding into new regions and sectors. They provide specialist support to variety of clients including blue-bhip housebuilders and land promoters on major infrastructure schemes including new towns and settlements. Clients include Taylor Wimpey, Vistry, Hallam Land, This Land, Countryside and Crest Nicholson. Their projects include the major infrastructure for new towns and settlements of between new homes.

As an Associate Director of Transport planning you'll be responsible for…

  • Working with the Director to continue to drive forward the transport service offer
  • Supporting the wider transport team
  • Helping to deliver an already secured pipeline of work
  • Developing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities through events, networking and social media.

Their services include:

  • Developing all-encompassing transportation strategies for large infrastructure projects
  • Assessing and minimising traffic flow disruption
  • Forecast and minimise environmental impacts, promoting sustainable transport routes
  • Improve site accessibility and parking strategies

This will include…

  • Traffic modelling – Junctions 10, LINSIG
  • Technical report writing – transport assessments, travel plans and sustainable travel routes
  • Presenting your report clearly and concisely
