Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will cover the following.
- Driving continuous improvement in the logistics division.
- Leading and managing a team to achieve operational targets.
- Developing and implementing strategies for efficiency.
- Overseeing the logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve the logistics network.
- Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
- Tracking and reporting on logistics performance metrics.
- Identifying and mitigating risks in the logistics department.
Profile
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a CI capacity role.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement processes in a logistics setting.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge and awareness
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Job Offer
- Salary range: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- 5% performance bonus
