Deputy Warehouse Manager Nights

Job Overview:
One Place Solutions are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager on night shift for their client located in Bristol. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing night-time operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain processes. This position requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Duties:

• Previous experience in a time sensitive warehouse environment managing a team
• Proven experience of managing change and initiating improvements, maintaining objectives/KPIs.
• Previous experience of recruitment and selection.
• Proven ability to spot and solve problems in a proactive way
• Displays enthusiasm and deliver high standards.
• Ability to remain calm in a pressurised time sensitive situation
• Experience of Department budget management.
• Experience of engaging with Self employed Delivery service partners.
• Operational management experience.
• knowledge of Excel.

Hours of work:

• 2am to 10am.
• Weekends included.
• Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday and Friday off (this will be the same each week.

Pay Rate:

- Between £30k and £35k per annum (dependant on experience).
