What you'll be doing?
- Overseeing lab operations and ensuring efficiency.
- Managing stock, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
- Implementing systems to improve workflows.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO13485 and safety regulations.
- Managing and mentoring lab staff.
- Proven lab management experience.
- Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills and troubleshooting ability.
- Experience with ISO13485 and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in Biotechnology/Medical Device industries.
- Hands-on with lab equipment like microscopes and robots.
- Knowledge of sustainable lab practices.
What you'll get in return for your experience?
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits. It is a permanent, full-time position based on-site in Bristol, UK. The expected start date is April/May 2025. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK to apply.
