I am looking for a Laboratory Manager to join my client, a Bristol-based biotech developing next-gen IVDs for bloodstream infections.

What you'll be doing?

Overseeing lab operations and ensuring efficiency.
Managing stock, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
Implementing systems to improve workflows.
Ensuring compliance with ISO13485 and safety regulations.
Managing and mentoring lab staff.

What they are looking for?

Proven lab management experience.
Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Strong technical skills and troubleshooting ability.
Experience with ISO13485 and safety protocols.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
