I'm recruiting on behalf of a global logistics provider that's looking to bring a Logistics Coordinator (Distribution Agent) on board at their Bristol site. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing freight movements with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on service.
  • Handling daily distribution operations including receipt management, inventory control, order processing, and customer invoicing.
  • Ensuring all shipment data and billing information is entered accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Acting as a key customer contact, resolving any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and service quality.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments and external service providers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a distribution-focused role.
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • A reliable, detail-oriented approach to daily tasks.
