What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing freight movements with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on service.
- Handling daily distribution operations including receipt management, inventory control, order processing, and customer invoicing.
- Ensuring all shipment data and billing information is entered accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Acting as a key customer contact, resolving any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and service quality.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments and external service providers.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a distribution-focused role.
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- A reliable, detail-oriented approach to daily tasks.
