As a Senior Commercial / Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence, ensuring governance, and providing expert advice across key projects, programmes, and bids. Reports to: Head of Commercial
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead commercial advisor across projects, programmes, and bids
Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, frameworks, and subcontracts
Leading contract renegotiations to manage risk and drive business growth
Providing commercial advice throughout the bid process
Ensuring compliance with UK MoD procurement policies and commercial governance
Developing pricing and partnering strategies for competitive advantage

Strong experience in commercial management, particularly within UK MoD contracts (DEFCONs, procurement regulations)
