Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking an experienced Liability Loss Adjuster or a Liability Claims Handler that's seeking the opportunity to move into a field based role.

The role focuses on handling and settling a diverse caseload of third-party liability claims, typically up to £100K. This includes a mix of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims, with responsibilities ranging from thorough investigation and report-only cases to managing claims from inception to resolution. You will provide expert advice to policyholders within specified timeframes, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities include establishing liability through detailed investigations, supporting and advising clients on claims issues, and managing client relationships.The role also involves collaboration with colleagues from various business areas, such as Property, Major & Complex Loss, Contractors, and Legal Services, to ensure a thorough and efficient claims process.

To be considered, you will have experience acrossEmployers', Public and Product Liability claims, including third-party Property Damage. A strong technical background within the adjusting or handling arena, knowledge of the insurance market, and experience in writing investigation reports are essential. You will also be proficientin using scoping software and handheld devices, along with excellent negotiation skills and a customer-first approach.
