Signature Recruitment have partnered with a well-established retrofit specialist company to recruit a Scheduling Assistant to join their team on a temporary full-time basis for 4 weeks with potential to be extended.
Pay rate: £12 per hour

Job Summary:
The Scheduling Assistant is responsible for managing communication, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth scheduling between customers and retrofit engineers. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills to handle calls, update systems, and optimise scheduling efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Handling & Communication: Answer and make calls to customers and engineers, providing scheduling details and handling queries professionally.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate, confirm, and adjust appointments to ensure efficient allocation of engineers' time.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately log appointment details, updates, and customer interactions in the scheduling system.
- Customer Support: Address scheduling concerns, send reminders, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with retrofit engineers and internal teams to streamline scheduling processes and resolve conflicts.
This is an office-based position.
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Office based Monday to Friday
