JLL is seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to join our team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance programs for critical building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and infrastructure
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly
- Manage planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls efficiently
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with facility management and stakeholders
- Source and manage third-party vendors
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and costs
- Enhance maintenance processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Qualification in Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record as a Maintenance Manager in real estate
- In-depth knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and CAFM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
