Maintenance Engineer – Bristol | £38,000 - £55,000 + Permanent Role
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity in the Bristol area? We're working with a leading manufacturing business with a strong presence in the region, and they're on the lookout for a talented engineer to join their maintenance team.

The Role:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting machinery issues to reduce downtime
- Working closely with production teams to support continuous improvement
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG
- Multiskilled – ideally with both electrical and mechanical expertise
- Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Flexible, reliable, and a good team player
Shift Patterns:
- Double days or continental shifts available (depending on candidate preference)
