Are you a Multi Trades Operative looking for a new role covering the Bristol area.
This Bristol based maintenance company are recruiting due to an increase in work load one on of their key contracts.
As mobile Multi trade Maintenance operative you will be responsible for maintenance to bothdomestic and some commercial properties across the City.
Works will include planned and reactive maintenance to building fabrics of commercial sites andkitchens and bathrooms replacements and repairs to various domestic properties.
As multi trade operative you should have experiencein the following trades -
Carpentry, Plumbing, TilingWet trades such as bricklaying, plastering & rendering.
You will be provided with a van and work on a call out rota of 1 in 4-6 weeks
Salary 30-32k depending on experience and qualifications, OTE 35-40k with call out and overtime.
