Site Administrator, Bristol
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our team. This role will be essential in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our site.
As the first point, our Site Administrator will be the first point of contact for administrative duties, you will ensure the effective coordination of site activities and provide comprehensive support to the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the ticket queues and manage fault reports.
- Arrange equipment maintenance, calibration, and handle hiring and off-hiring processes.
- Manage van operations, including weekly checks and arranging servicing.
- Prepare job packs for projects, ensuring all necessary documents are complete.
- Track jobs from initiation to completion, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Stock management
- Diary management
- General administrative tasks as required to support the office.
- Maintain and track staff certifications and skills.
- Manage holiday and sickness records for staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with service desk and ticketing systems would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
