Portfolio Management Coordinator - 6 Month FTC

Location: Central Bristol (Hybrid working - minimum 3 days in office)Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pmContract: Fixed-term (6 months)

A dynamic and organized individual is being sought for the role of Administration and Portfolio Management Coordinator to assist in the smooth delivery of operations and maintenance services across a portfolio of solar sites. This position is ideal for someone with experience in solar, facilities management, or a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support will be provided to the Portfolio Managers in scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance, remedial work, and additional services for solar PV systems.
  • The role involves coordinating work orders, managing digital platforms, and ensuring timely reporting of completed tasks to clients.
  • The Portfolio Management Coordinator will collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure all work is completed in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for producing regional monthly reports and providing general support in other reporting tasks as required.
  • Assistance will be given in identifying and implementing value-add projects that improve site performance, health and safety, and compliance.
  • The role includes supporting the management of regional CCTV and security incidents.
  • The Portfolio Management Coordinator will develop commercial and client service skills to continuously improve relationships with Asset Managers and identify opportunities for additional services or projects.
  • Part of the role involves learning to analyze maintenance KPIs and helping identify trends to improve site performance.
  • The successful candidate will maintain data security and confidentiality, adhering to GDPR and company policies.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in the solar industry or a related field such as facilities or maintenance management is desired.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • An interest in power electronics, circuitry, and power generation technologies is a plus.
