The Role:
- Assist the Design Manager in overseeing the design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment for design projects
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of design principles and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
