Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and emails, ensuring effective communication with surveyors, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Allocate new instructions using a bespoke valuation system and chase progress to maintain strict service levels.
  • Provide free quotes and manage general administrative and office duties, addressing any arising issues promptly.
  • Utilise excellent verbal and written communication skills daily in client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident and professional attitude, friendly and proactive.
  • High computer literacy with the ability to swiftly learn and navigate different software platforms.
  • At least two years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • A strong team player who is not afraid to get stuck in and contribute to the success of the business.
