Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping keep the office running smoothly and supporting various day-to-day tasks. This is a great role for someone who's detail-oriented, organised, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help maintain office safety procedures and assist with fire drills
  • Support site security and manage office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements and organise meetings and events
  • Welcome visitors, manage calls, and respond to emails
  • Help set up meeting rooms and handle couriers and postage
  • Assist with administration tasks like formatting documents and organising schedules
  • Support our client's volunteering and fundraising initiatives
