As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping keep the office running smoothly and supporting various day-to-day tasks. This is a great role for someone who's detail-oriented, organised, and excited to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Help maintain office safety procedures and assist with fire drills
- Support site security and manage office supplies
- Book travel arrangements and organise meetings and events
- Welcome visitors, manage calls, and respond to emails
- Help set up meeting rooms and handle couriers and postage
- Assist with administration tasks like formatting documents and organising schedules
- Support our client's volunteering and fundraising initiatives
- Strong communicationskills-friendly and professional
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
