We're seeking a proactive Administrative and Operations Coordinator to support our client delivery teams and maintain the efficiency of our modern office in the heart of the professional services hub in central Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting client delivery teams and managing day-to-day operational matters. Including overseeing meeting rooms, facilities, supporting events, filing, and handling various tasks as needed.
  • Taking charge of the reception area by greeting clients, managing incoming calls, and efficiently sorting incoming mail. Being the friendly face that represents the firm!
  • Working closely with all offices and departments within the business, providing vital support for various administrative tasks. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations across the firm.

About you

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle front desk responsibilities, including client interaction.
  • Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to assist different departments.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.
