As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering excellent relationships between our customers and field technicians. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating duties and taks where no two days are the same, offering a vibrant and engaging work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer and Technician Interaction: Act as the central hub of communication, coordinating with customers and field-based technicians to schedule and manage pre planned work.
  • Problem Solving: Address a variety of issues throughout the day, providing practical solutions and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Use our Schedule-IT software to efficiently match technician availability and skills with job requirements.
  • Process and Organise: Maintain high standards of personal organisation, follow business processes, and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and supporting logistical needs for the operations department.

  • Experience: At least 2 years in an operations role, with experience in logistical planning.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional administration and organisational abilities.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Processing: Log and track sales orders accurately.
  • Job Coordination: Schedule and book jobs, ensuring all necessary arrangements and access are in place.
  • Technician Support: Provide clear job details and support technicians to achieve daily targets.
  • Sales Liaison: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth job execution.
  • Future Planning: Confirm and book upcoming work weeks in advance.
  • Audit and Administration: Manage the electronic logbook portal and general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
